The Weekend Racing Cup (WERC) arrives at Circuito de Navarra for a weekend of motorcycle racing featuring five hotly contested categories.
The Coupe de France Roadster Cup caters for medium-displacement roadsters such as the Suzuki GSR 600 and 750, GSXS 750, Triumph Street Triple, KTM 790 Duke, Honda Hornet, Kawasaki Z750 or Z900, MV Agusta 800 Brutale or Yamaha FZ6, FZ8 or MT 09. The series is expected to feature two races per weekend, including a one-hour solo endurance race.
The Promotion Cup 1000 and 600 Dunlop is open to all machines up to 1000cc. It will feature two categories running in races for 1000 and 600 machines. The Promotion Cup 600 and 1000 Dunlop are experiencing growing success thanks in particular to the amount of tracktime on offer to riders, with two races per weekend including a 1 hour endurance.
The France Twin Cup Trophy is open to riders racing on a budget featuring twins from 500 to 700cc maximum. The tracktime format includes a pair of races per weekend including a one-hour race. Classes also include the Suzuki Gladius Trophy and the Yamaha MT-07.
The First Race Cup is for novice riders, with each event including two qualifying sessions and two sprint races, across three classes - 600, 1000 and women. Open to machines from 498 to 1200cc and with Dunlop D212 GP Racer tires.
