Parking

How much does it cost to park?

Parking is free of charge in the main public car park, which is located close to the main entrance, Paddock and campsite. Follow signage on arrival.

How do I get to Circuito de Navarra?

You can find a comprehensive guide online here. There are a range of options, including ferries, flights or driving/riding directly to the circuit.

Can you recommend a place to stay?

We’ve compiled a guide to the local area with hotel recommendations on our website here.

We also have a dedicated campsite at the venue, with two areas available with full facilities.

How do I receive my lanyard/pass, programme and grid walk pass (limited to the first 400 people only)?

You will be able to collect your lanyard/pass and souvenir programme on arrival at the circuit once you’ve scanned your ticket.

VIP Grid walk passes (for one race) were limited to the first 400 purchasers, and are no longer available.

Is there any further information on the Season Launch on the Friday evening?

More information on location, timings and available riders will be shared in due course.

Is my Two Wheel Season Pass eligible?

If you have a 2024 MSV Two Wheel Season Pass you can use it to gain admission (only) to this event. All passholders have been contacted with details on how to obtain a discount on the Gold and Platinum packages – contact us at tickets@msv.com if you have not received this.

I require a carers’ pass – what should I do?

Please contact us at carers@msv.com. Due to the nature of the event and the packages on offer, our usual policy on carers’ tickets will not apply.

Can I bring my ebike or scooter to the venue?

No, members of the public are not allowed two wheeled vehicles into spectator areas or the Paddock. That includes bicycles.

What food and drink options will be available?

Our recently upgraded Paddock Restaurant and Bar will be open across the weekend, serving a wide variety of Spanish and English dishes and offering very good value. There will be mobile food vendors in the paddock too. You can also bring your own food and drink.

Is there access to the Paddock or Pits during the event?

The Paddock will be open to all spectators. Please note only permanent Bennetts BSB passholders may access the pit lane and garages, other than during the dedicated public pit walk and autograph session on the Sunday.

Are animals permitted anywhere onsite?

No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email carers@msv.com to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

What is the policy on drones or UAVS?

Drones / UAVs are not permitted for use at the venue on any day.

Tickets

What happens if I haven’t received my e-tickets?

All e-tickets are sent instantly to the email address associated with your MSV account. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date, and keep an eye on junk/spam folders.

If you cannot find an email, tickets can also be accessed and downloaded by logging in to your MSV account here.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?

Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate, by cash or card payment.

Do I have to print my ticket?

For the fastest access into the venue, we recommend that you print your tickets.

You can also show tickets on your mobile phone, however to avoid delays we recommend downloading and saving these to your device. Please ensure you keep your phone fully charged and turn the brightness up when at the gates.

I can no longer attend. Can tickets be returned?

MSV is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for tickets unless the event is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances under its direct control.
