The ESBK Spanish Superbike Championship arrives at Circuito de Navarra in northern Spain for the fifth event of the 2023 season on 14-17 September. The event will feature a full programme of the events under the Real Federación Motociclista Española (RFME) banner, including the premier Superbike class.
Ivo Lopes leads ESBK Superbike standings following the four rounds so far for BMW Easyrace Team, with three victories to his name at Jerez, Valencia and Estoril. The series leader is followed in the classification by Kawasaki rider Roman Ramos Alvaro, a race winner at Jerez.
The other regular competitor with race wins to their name is Yamaha entrant Steven Odendaal, who sits third in the standings ahead of the event at Circuito de Navarra.
The main class will be accompanied by a full programme of Spanish motorcycle racing, including the Handy ESBK 1000, Handy ESBK 600, Moto 4 and PreMoto3. Supersport Next Generation, Superstock 600, Superstock 1000 and SS300 are all listed to feature too.
Entry to the event is free of charge on all days and no advance booking is required.
